Our story

Education should create careers, not just certificates. That’s why we built Career Ladder Technologies, to transform learners into industry-ready professionals and entrepreneurs.

Founded in 2025. Built by IIM Nagpur alumni, powered by 18+ years of global industry experience, and driven to build future ready careers. We built CLT to be the kind of school we wished we’d had: one where instructors are working professionals, not lecturers; where cohorts are small enough that nobody hides; and where every program ships a portfolio you can actually show in interviews.
